# Axis ChatGPT Privacy Notice

Axis stores account information and the workouts, plans, goals, preferences,
and training context you choose to save. The connection permits ChatGPT to
retrieve task-relevant saved information and, with write permission, save or
correct your training records. Training context may include sensitive details
you supply. Share only information needed for the fitness task. Axis adds no
medical-record or Apple Health ingestion through this connection.

The service uses Fly.io for hosting, Neon for storage, and Resend for account
emails. ChatGPT processes tool inputs and outputs under the host's own controls.
Ordinary plugin operations do not call the Axis coaching worker or mirror your
complete ChatGPT conversation into Axis. Axis does not sell your information,
use it for advertising, or infer permission for marketing, model training, or
private evaluation from signup or connection consent.

Browser controls let you recover your account, export saved data, and delete
the account through Axis's existing deletion lifecycle. Unlink immediately
revokes the connection while keeping the Axis account and data. Deletion removes
active Axis records; bounded security/status information and encrypted backups
may remain according to the existing retention lifecycle. Unlinking or deleting
Axis cannot recall content already shown or retained by ChatGPT. Use ChatGPT's
