For account access, connection trouble, saved-training questions, privacy requests, or deletion help, email info@beunboxed.com. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, private links, or detailed health records in an email.

Connection and account controls

Sign in and manage your Axis account in the Axis browser account page. You can review connection access, export saved data, disconnect ChatGPT without deleting your Axis records, or request account deletion there. A disconnected ChatGPT connection requires fresh browser consent to reconnect.

What to include when asking for help

Describe the problem and the approximate time it happened. You can mention whether you were using ChatGPT or an Axis browser page. Please leave out credentials and sensitive training details unless support specifically needs them through an approved channel.
